The answer is very simple, as of November 2013.
None of the broadcasters, Tata Sky, Hathway, Airtel TV, Reliance Big TV, Sun Direct, DishTV are providing Telugu HD Channels. It is not very profitable for a satellite DTH operator to provide Telugu HD Channels, since the number of viewers is less and hence it is doubtful if they can get the money that they spend fo the bandwidth for those channels.
However, providing తెలుగు HD Channels is quite profitable for a cable operator, such as Hathway, DEN, Act etc., being a cable, these service provides doesn't have to pay for Bandwidth, in the current business model, since almost all of them have their dedicated cable lines. Secondly, being cable, they need not provide these HD channels in all the cities in India. Only major cities of Andhra Pradesh, Vizag, Vijayawada, Warangal, Hyderabad, Kurnool, Nellor, Guntur, Cuddapah etc.. can be targetted first to enable Telugu HD Channels.
