RCom: What is Reliance Prepaid & Postpaid customer care number?

I get a daily message "Account CHarged for VAS TechzoneSMS Rs:5.00. Current Main Balance : Rs: Less by Rs 5/-". So, I want to unsubscribe to this value added service. Kindly advice me the customer care number of Reliance Communications Prepaid/postpaid, so I can block the VAS.

Reliance Customer Care numbers on Call

For postpaid customer care, for any service call below numbers

  • Dial * 222 from your reliance phone
  • Dial 30334343 from any other phone

For prepaid customer care, kindly call below numbers:

  • to check account balance
    • Dial *367 or SMS ‘BAL’ to 53670
  • For recharge options and to change the default language of interaction and language
    • Dial *369
  • To avail any other services
    • Dial *333 from your Reliance phone  (Kindly note that pressing * is mandatory before 333)
    • Dial 30333333 from landline or any other network

Deactivting a Value Added Service in reliance network

Method 1:

Call this direct tollfree number 155223. This is a direct number to deactivate any VAS in Reliance Network. All your active VAS will be listed (in IVRS) and you choose which one to deactivate. 

Method 2:

Call up the regular customer care number *333 and choose

  • Option - 3: For value added service
    • 1: Activation of VAS
    • 2: Deactivation of VAS
      • 1: Deactivate now
      • 9: To talk to reliance customer care
