How do I update bank account number with reliance money (rsec.co.in)? Do I need to fill any forms? If yes, which address should I send these filled in forms to? Can I fax the filled in forms to them?

What is the total turn-around time for the new bank account/debit card number to get reflected in my rsec.co.in trading portal?

You need to duly fill-in a Change Request Form (CRF) - that can be downloaded from rsec.co.in  or  a hardcopy of the same can be obtained from any Reliance Money branch.

Remember to use only BLOCK LETTERS.

You need to submit 4 items:

  1. Change Request Form (CRF) - filled-in
  2. Cancelled check of the new bank account
  3. 3 months bank-statement - with self attestation. 
  4. PAN Card Copy 
Ensure that you have cancelled the check by striking off the check two times.
Ensure that you have the bank account number clearly printed on the bank-statement.
You can courier these items to Reliance Money or you can walk-in to a RelianceMoney branch to submit the same.
