In India, there is educational qualifications specified to become a public servant. It is up-to the people casting the vote to decide whom they want to elect. One of the elected will lead the other ministers - as a CM for state or PM for the country.
However, on 29th April 2016, Arvind Kejriwal raises doubts against the degrees held by (and apparently declared by while contesting in parliament elections in the year 2014) the PM Mr. Narendra Modi. Apparently, (yet to be proven), Modi holds a degree in Political Science from Delhi University (distant education) and a PG Degree from Gujarat University.
Modi was born on 17 September 1950 to Damodardas Mulchand (1915–1989) and Heeraben Modi (1920). When he was a child, Modi helped his father sell tea and later ran a tea stall along with his brother.
Modi completed HSE in 1967. He had great interest towards debates and playing larger-than-life roles in theatrical productions. In 1978, Modi completed degree (as correspondence course) in Political Science from Delhi University. After 5 years, he received a MA degree in political science from Gujarat University.
